You may browse this site and submit an application for your family's own, non-commercial use. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, access it through automated means, or use it to do anything unlawful.
Applications and admissions
Submitting an application starts a conversation — it is not enrollment and does not guarantee a place. Seats are limited and offered at our discretion. We ask that the information you provide be accurate and submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
Content and ownership
The design, text, code, and visual identity of this site are owned by Acacia Lake Web Solutions and licensed to Chispitas Studio. The Chispitas name and marks belong to Chispitas Studio. Please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse them without written permission.

We may link to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and a link isn't an endorsement.
Changes and availability
We may update this site, its programs, or these terms at any time, and we may occasionally have downtime. We do our best to keep information current and accurate, but we can't promise it's always complete or error-free.
Liability
This website is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Chispitas Studio isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived under law.
Liability waiver & assumption of risk
Chispitas Studio activities aren't limited to this website — many happen in person, at our studio, at events, or in the community. By applying to or participating in a Chispitas program, a parent or legal guardian acknowledges that hands-on, in-person activities carry some inherent risk, and agrees, to the extent permitted by Texas law, to release Chispitas Studio and its founder, mentors, and staff from liability for ordinary risks of participation. This waiver doesn't cover gross negligence or intentional misconduct, and nothing here limits rights that can't be waived by law. A complete waiver, specific to your child's program, is part of the separate enrollment agreement families sign before a program begins.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
